| avedaqueer08 Its always better to cut hair wet. Cutting dry may lead to tags and we don't want that know do we? And you don't know maybe she likes cutting it wet. I cut hair wet until im done i go through and finish off with a dry cut and check it. People have there own ways of cutting. |
